How to evolve a particular costume for the “other franchise”

If you already have a Star Lord outfit, you can…

1. Dye his shirt and pants green and black, according to the picture of the costume.
2. With a green cloth, feel free to cut out a set of eyes according to the placement and distance of both of your eyes and place it around your face.
3. As for the red jacket and/or mask, feel free to swap it out with a fellow cosplay buddy for a green ring that you can easily customize.

Meanwhile, if you already have a Green Lantern outfit, feel free to...

1. Dye the top half of the suit grey and the bottom, pure black.
2. Then, with the green mask and ring, feel free to swap them out for a red jacket from a fellow cosplay buddy.

Other than that they both have similar outfits and that they are both America’s favorite anti heroes of the night, they both have very tragic backstories that make them two of the most memorable characters in the Marvel and DC world. Besides, why waste a perfectly good black suit and pair of matching boots when you can wear them again and again?

For Batman, you would need…

• A black suit
• A black mask
• A black cape
• Black shoes

For Black Panther, you would need…

• A black tribal cat suit
• A black mask with cat ears on top
• Black shoes

How to evolve or mod your Black Panther costume into Batman costume or vice versa

If you already have a Black Panther costume, you can....

1. Get a yellow belt and wrap it around your waist(bat emblem optional).
2. Then, get a black cape and tie it around your neck.
3. Finally, To make the mask, you can cut around the mouth area and “extend” the ears using either foam or rubber. Otherwise, you can cut off the “head” of the black panther suit and attach a Batman mask to it(up to your imagination).

Meanwhile, if you already have a Batman costume, you can…

1. Buy or borrow a black mask that covers your entire face. Just remember to leave room for the eyes.
2. From there, you can shape the ears to the form that they look like cat ears.

How to evolve it or mod Gamora’s costume into Wonder Woman’s costume or vice versa

If you already have Gamora’s costume, you can…

1. Either forge yourself Wonder Woman’s iconic armor and put it over your blue jumpsuit (not recommended for beginner cosplayers who don’t own their own blacksmith shop) or stylize it by cutting the suit in half and later dying the top part red.
2. You can also use some of the leftover cosplay pieces to make the gloves and later dye them red
3. Then, attach a gold belt to your waist, followed by a gold tiara for your head.
4. Finally, attach the handcuffs to your arms

Meanwhile, if you already have a Woman Woman costume, you can…

1. Get yourself some green face powder such as ben nye and place it all over your face and arms.
2. After that, you can either buy some black, stretchy fabric and sew yourself a nice jumpsuit or dye your Wonder Woman cosplay black before adding on a pair of black pants and matching shoes.
3. Either purchase a black coat or borrow one from somebody

For Iron Man, you would need…

1. A red and gold suit(preferably made of iron or any sort of metal, but cloth is fine)
2. A red and gold mask(preferably ones with glass holes implemented for your eyes to see)
3. Red and gold colored shoes

For Cyborg, you would need…

1. A white and blue suit with a red light attached to the middle of the chest area
2. White and blue shoes
3. Blue and white gloves/equivalent
4. A red eyepiece

How to evolve it or mod Iron Man costume into Cyborg costume or vice versa

For the Iron Man costume…

1. Paint blue and white colors over the red and yellow colors on your suit
2. Add a red light to the middle of the chest
3. To make the mask, you can cut off ⅔ of Iron Man’s mask and paint a red eye over Iron Man’s original left eye.

As for the Cyborg costume, you can...

1. Either forge a red and gold suit using your own personal blacksmith shop(again, not recommended for beginners) or paint red and yellow colors over the costume.
2. Then, you can borrow an Iron Man mask from a fellow friend in exchange for your original Cyborg mask.

For Teenage Groot, you would need…

1. A brown suit with a design pattern similar to tree bark
2. A crown of either real or fake leaves
3. Brown shoes

For Beast Boy, you would need…

1. A purple jumpsuit that stops a little above the knees
2. A black leotard
3. A pair of purple shoes
4. A green, spiky hair wig
5. Grey gloves
6. Green makeup(optional)

How to mesh the costumes together?

If you have a groot suit or a tan colored already, you can dye it green and get a matching purple jumpsuit with purple shoes, a black leotard, and many of other Beast Boy’s costume accessories.

If you so desire, feel free to get some green face makeup, as well as a green, spiky, short hair wig, which you can easily get at any wig shop of your shop.
